Parade of Homes 2016 Recap
If you know me at all, you know I love touring beautiful homes but I’m also aware that not everyone can travel to Mt Laurel, Alabama to visit these amazing model homes, so let me show you what I saw, it’s fabulous!
Entering this home you’ll find a spacious living room with a fireplace as the focal point. Not just any old fireplace, this fireplace has a unique brick tile surround and shiplap wall above the mantle carries throughout this model home. It is design features like these that are afforded to home buyers in Mt Laurel.
Directly across from the living room is this stunner of a space, with floor to ceiling shiplap walls, it makes the two rooms not only cohesive in design but simply gorgeous.
One could easily use this space for a formal dining area, entertainment nook, but I love how Nicole from Limerence Design staged this room as an office.
The kitchen is down the hall but feels like it’s very own room. The oversized island has quartz countertops, gas cooktop and full breakfast bar. The farmhouse sink was a superstar, I think every person that came through the model mentioned it and it’s beautiful hardware.
Did you notice the shiplap wall continuing its grandeur in the kitchen?
The half bath is located off the kitchen and I love this faux wood tile the designer laid on the diagonal and those sconces, they took this little half bath to the next level.
The Master Bedroom is perfect in size including a spacious walk in closet.
The Master Bath incorporates the same brick tile from the fireplace as flooring it’s unique and gorgeous. Freestanding tub~seamless glass shower~his and her sinks. This Master Bath was designed very thoughtfully!
The backyard has a perfect low maintenance landscape in which I am GREEN with envy!
Stone patio, wrap around covered porch and privacy fence, what else could a girl want!
I will spoil it for you if I show you anymore, you simply must see it for yourself!
